NJC PAY RATES 2020
I reported in circular 2020HOC0488MW that I had written to the employers regarding their proposal to increase pay by 2%. The amended rates are now finalised and I attach the two NJC circulars setting out revised rates of pay (NJC/5/20) and revised rates of CPD (NJC/6/20).
