Retained Training

This Conference instructs the Executive Council to demand that the National Employers provide enhanced funding for Retained training. This Conference believes that the health, safety and welfare of Retained members is at risk owing to insufficient training. This Conference also asks that the Executive Council should consult with the National Retained Committee on the formulation of an effective strategy for achieving this aim.
