Education

This Conference believes that members taking on senior Brigade Regional and National positions are where possible, adequately trained and competent to represent their members' interests in a changed employment relations environment. This Conference therefore demands that a rolling programme of educational seminars be initiated that will impart and reinforce the skills and knowledge required by Brigade, Regional and National Officials that will enable them to carry out their roles effectively within that changed environment.
