Retirement Age

This Conference recognises that Control Staff have a very responsible and stressful job and calls on the Executive Council to negotiate with our Employers that we achieve parity of retirement age with Firefighters. This to be by reduction of retirement age for Control Staff and not to be detrimental to firefighters existing conditions.
