All Different All Equal Representation Policy

Given the experience of vexatious allegations against Fire Brigades Union members by others, including management, Conference resolves a change in Fire Brigades Union policy to enable all members accused of bullying and harassment an interim period of representation between allegation and the completion of an 'arguable defence' investigation and decision. Conference therefore instructs the Executive Council to amend the policy document accordingly.
