In an important video update Matt Wrack, general secretary of the Fire Brigades Union (FBU), answers your questions on the current pay offer.
The offer, which is currently out for consultation with members, is being recommended for acceptance by the union’s Executive Council after a series of clarifications were outlined in correspondence by the national employers.
In this video, Matt Wrack answers many of the questions and concerns that members have raised and goes into the details of the offer, including the options that need to be considered if it is rejected.
