Lawyers working on behalf of FBU members have finished presenting evidence of age discrimination in a legal challenge over the 2015 Firefighters’ Pension Scheme.
The employment tribunal ruling is expected within six to eight weeks as nearly 7,000 pages of evidence are considered.
