The 2015 Firefighters’ Pension Scheme was debated on the floor of the House of Commons on 15 December.
After the debate a vote took place to annul the regulations for the scheme and force the Westminster government to revise their proposals.
The Government won the vote to keep the regulations 313 to 261.
The FBU’s executive council is currently in session today (16 December) to discuss the next steps in the campaign.
