Further to recent All Members circulars on the issue of pay (2012HOC0429MW and 2012HOC0471MW), this circular provides details of the issues which will be the subject of the home address consultation
Discussions at Joint Secretary level have made some progress on this issue and the Executive Council was able to discuss mechanisms by which such consultation might take place. These discussions have reached a position whereby the FBU negotiators understand that a proposal on pay can be achieved on the following basis.
