The FBU, with the assistance of Thompsons Solicitors, maintains a register for all members who believe they have been exposed to asbestos at work.
The database allows us and Thompsons Solicitors to trace witnesses who may be able to support legal claims for other members who have developed an asbestos related disease.
You can agree to join the register by completing the online questionnaire below. If you have already submitted details of your asbestos exposure to the FBU you do not need to complete the form again.
Being included on the register does not mean that your legal case has been activated. Complete a personal injury claim form or call 0808 100 6061 to start a claim for compensation.
