ELECTION OF REGIONAL CHAIR SOUTHERN REGION (REGION 12)

I wish to advise you, in accordance with the Rules of the Union, it is the intention of the Executive
Council to commence a ballot for the position of Regional Chair Southern Region (Region 12).

Ballot papers will be sent to all members’ home address shortly.

The closing date for return of ballot forms to the scrutineers will be 2.00PM TUESDAY 8TH
OCTOBER 2024.
