Assistant General Secretary Election - Extension of Nomination Period

The nomination period for the election of Assistant General Secretary was due to close at 12:00 noon on 19 September.

This date has now been announced as a public holiday due to the death of the Queen. The post will likely be affected and the scrutineer’s offices will be closed.  Therefore, and after consultation with the scrutineer, the Executive Council has decided that the nomination period will be extended by 24 hours and will now close at 12:00 noon on 20 September 2022.
