Death of Member – Brother David Pickwell (Region 9 – Norfolk)
It is with great regret and sadness that I have to inform you of the death of our member, Brother David Pickwell, who sadly died in the early hours of Tuesday 19 July 2022.
David served Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service at Kings Lynn Fire Station, Blue Watch. David was proud to be a firefighter and was renowned for his passion for his job. He was held in the highest regard by all those who knew him.
David leaves behind a wife and two children. Everyone in the FBU sends David’s family, friends, and colleagues our condolences, solidarity and support at this very sad time.
FBU officials at local and national level are liaising to ensure all necessary steps are taken to provide support to family and colleagues.
