Dear Brother/Sister
Death of Member: Bro. James Morris
It is with great regret and sadness that I have to inform you of the death of our member, Brother James Morris, who sadly passed away aged 39 on Tuesday 5 January 2021, following a long battle with kidney cancer.
James was an on call firefighter for 12 years and served his community in Staffordshire at both Lichfield and more recently Rugeley Community fire stations. James leaves behind his wife Eve and their 3 young children and everyone in the FBU sends James’s family, friends, and colleagues our condolences, solidarity and support at this very sad time.
FBU officials at local and national level are liaising to ensure all necessary steps are taken to provide support to family and colleagues.
