Death of Member: Bro. Chris Page
It is with great regret and sadness that I have to inform you of the death of our member, Brother Chris Page, who sadly died on the morning of 5 January 2021, after contracting Covid-19.
Chris was a highly regarded firefighter in Bedfordshire Fire & Rescue Service and served at Sandy Fire Station. Chris leaves behind a partner and family and everyone in the FBU sends Chris’s family, friends, and colleagues our condolences, solidarity and support at this very sad time.
FBU officials at local and national level are liaising to ensure all necessary steps are taken to provide support to family and colleagues.
In line with new FBU policy, a national memorial fund has been set up in Bro. Page’s memory and will remain open for donations until 7 April 2021. If you wish to support the fund you can donate via the details below:
