ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEMBER YORKSHIRE & HUMBERSIDE REGION (REGION 4)
Further to Head Office circular 2018HOC0030MW, attached herewith is a nomination form in respect of the election for the vacant position of Executive Council Member Yorkshire & Humberside Region (Region 4).
Each Branch Committee is entitled to nominate a candidate for this position following consultation with your membership.
The form should be completed and returned direct to Popularis Ltd, Nutsey Lane, Totton, Southampton SO40 3RL using the enclosed pre-paid envelope, to arrive no later than NOON on FRIDAY 16 FEBRUARY 2018. It is recommended that forms should be posted at least one week before the closing date to ensure their inclusion in the final count.
Please INDICATE CLEARLY THE NAME AND FULL POSTAL ADDRESS of the Branch making the nomination. This will assist Popularis who are responsible for the acknowledgement of all nominations received from branches.
