All different, all equal: A review
The FBU created a policy to support members who felt discriminated against, bullied or harassed.
Over the years we have tried to improve this policy to help create a working environment where every single member has the right to be, and is, accepted and treated the same as everyone else, no matter in what sense they are different.
The policy was reviewed in 2013/14 and has now been updated and re-published. The policy lays out clearly the expectations of members and officials in how we all deal with discrimination, bullying or harassment. You can access this policy by opening this link.
As the General Secretary says in the foreword to the policy “let us all work together to ensure it is never needed”.
