Please find attached (through the "Download resource" button) a recent NJC Circular which incorporates into the Grey Book those requirements of the Children and Families Act 2014 which took effect from 1 October 2014.
The Act also makes requirements on employers from April 2015 and a separate NJC circular will be issued shortly to address those matters.
