Dear Brother/Sister
It is with great regret that I have to inform you that our member, Brother Nial Hamilton died during an incident in Lurgan on the night of Monday 10 February 2014.
Nial was a member of the union serving in the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service.
I know that members will join me in sending condolences to Nial's family, friends and colleagues at such a terrible time.
We have already taken steps to ensure that advice and assistance is provided to Nial's family as necessary.
Further details, including details of funeral arrangements as appropriate, will be circulated in due course.
Our thoughts are very much with Nial's family, friends and colleagues at this difficult time.
