Section 188 notice

Conference demands that any future issuing of a Section 188 (dismiss and re-engage)
notifi cation, will be met with an emergency recalling of the Executive Council, where approval
for a ballot of that Brigade will be given consideration. In addition the Union nationally will
provide its full support, until such a disgraceful threat is removed.
