Watch commander 'B'

Conference notes the decision made by Conference 2009 in respect of Resolution 5 on Pay (as moved by Shropshire, amended by Strathclyde) and Conference 2010 in respect of Resolution 4 on pay (as moved by Northern Ireland). Conference re-affirms its decision that the “A” pay scale should be removed and personnel on the “A” pay scale should be re-designated to the “B” pay scale. Conference notes the lack of progress on this matter and insists the Executive Council seeks to progress this as a matter of urgency and as a minimum a report to Conference 2017 is required.
