Protecting grey book pay rates - retaining fees

This Conference demands that all Brigade  Officials  adhere to the minimum standards as laid out in the Grey Book when dealing with retaining fee proposals with management. Under no circumstances should retaining fees below the Grey Book minimum be negotiated or agreed by FBU  Officials . This does not preclude negotiations in the reduction of available hours or of banded hours of availability, providing that the minimum Grey Book retaining fees are maintained.
