Operational discretion

Conference calls on the Executive Council to provide a policy document on “Operational Discretion” the document is to provide an FBU explanation of how and when Operational Discretion is to be used. This is required to provide assistance and clarity to our members and brigade officials. This policy document should be provided to Conference no later than Conference 2017 to ensure that we can provide the best protection for our members.
