Minimum safe crewing

Conference instructs the Executive Council to develop a strategy to oppose and reverse the dangerous trend of Brigades proposing to crew pumps without adequate recognition of the numbers needed to perform the role safely and efficiently. Such practices will put our Members at an unacceptable risk and place them under immense moral pressure to act when intentionally placed at incidents without adequate resources. We refer to previous FBU policy on crewing in support of this resolution.
