Conference recognises the advances that our LGBT Members and Officials have achieved since their establishment within our Union. Conference is concerned about reports of LGBT Members, particularly gay, trans and bisexual who identify as male, withdrawing from union activities and events.

Conference calls on the Executive Council to initiate a survey aimed at known gay, trans and bisexual Members who identify as male, with the intent to establish and identify obstacles discouraging engagement. The survey should be created in conjunction with the LGBT Committee.
