Pay negotiations

Conference is aware of the pay settlement in 2012 and its inclusion of certain caveats
affecting the Officers and Retained sections in particular.
Conference instructs the Executive Council to fully engage with affected groups prior
to any discussions with the employers about specific terms and conditions of service.
Future discussions on pay must take into account any potential adverse effect on
individual groups within the FBU.
