National media campaign, social enterprise mutualisation

This Conference calls upon the Executive Council to launch a National Media
Campaign following the close of The Fire Brigades Union 2013 Conference in
opposition to the transformation of any United Kingdom Fire and Rescue Service into
a Social Enterprise Mutual.
