Canvassing

Resolution 72 passed at Annual Conference 2011, instructed the Executive Council to
set up a Working Party to look at the possibility of introducing a form of regulated
canvassing. Furthermore, the Executive Council were called upon to make
recommendations with any possible rule changes, based on the content of the report,
to the next Conference. This work has yet to be carried out.

Therefore, this Conference instructs the Executive Council to set up a Task and Finish
Group to review the application of Rule 19A and bring any rule changes necessary to
the next rule change Conference.
