Pay

This Conference is appalled by the decision of the National Employers not to make a pay offer in 2010. If the National Employers do not make an acceptable offer on pay in 2011, this Conference instructs the Executive Council to mount a campaign with the membership which, if necessary, should culminate in a ballot for industrial action up to and including strike action. This pay campaign and any resultant industrial action to be co-ordinated with the campaigns of other public sector Trade Unions also being subjected to and challenging a pay freeze in 2011, as far as possible.
