Injury Sustained On Duty

This Conference recognises the pro-rata arrangement of injury benefit within the different pension schemes, in relation to Retained Duty System (RDS) members. We then call upon the Executive Council to negotiate a settlement, agreed through the National Joint Council, that allows for compensation in relation to loss of earnings in RDS members primary employment.
