Grant Of Probate

This Conference instructs the Executive Council that, in the event of the death of a paid up member of the AIF (or a member who has retired and subsequently dies within 28 days of such retirement), Thompsons, if required, can be instructed to act for the personal representative of the member with regard to administering the Grant of Probate. This service will be provided free of charge to the personal representative and will be carried out as soon as is reasonably practicable.
