Stress Survey - Fbu Officials

Conference instructs the Executive Council to instigate a full and thorough survey of all officials and those that have recently retired from the FBU regarding stress. This survey should be used to highlight those areas where officials perceive themselves to be subject to additional stress associated solely with their trade union activities. The purpose of the survey being that if common areas of concern are identified by officials, then arrangements, policies or procedures can be adopted to minimise or remove the problems identified.
