Conference instructs the Executive Council to conduct a survey of the training that has been provided in each Fire & Rescue Authority for mass decontamination at CBRN incidents. A report should be produced, highlighting any best practices and also any areas of serious concern over training and procedures. This report to be circulated to Brigade Officials within six months after the close of Conference 2010.
