Unfunded Frs Activity

Conference demands that the Executive Council secures from all UK fire and rescue services, by any means possible, data which accurately indicates any costs associated with the provision of “New Dimensions” activities, in excess of that which is funded by CLG and other devolved administrations the costs incurred for providing other services outwith fire service statutory obligations, for which the individual FRS concerned is not funded. These costings should focus on two main areas: 1) Actual financial outlay associated with such work, which is unfunded through normal means. 2) Estimated amount of hours allocated to such work, or associated training, development or research.
