Trade Union Rights

This Conference condemns the failure of the UK Labour Government to repeal the Anti Trade Union Laws, despite their promise when in opposition to do so, when they took power. This Conference considers this to be entirely unacceptable and calls on the Executive Council to instigate and pursue a political and trade union campaign, exploring all possible avenues, to effect the revocation of the anti trade union laws.
