Post Natal Depression

Conference is aware of recent discussions held at the NJC in March regarding maternity provisions. Conference also notes with concern the increasing numbers of post natal depression cases affecting our members on returning to work. We call upon the EC to negotiate a national monitoring system upon returning to work, to identify and allow post natal depression to be properly and acceptably dealt with.
