Accident And Injury Fund

This Conference notes the current rule book and the Accident and Injury Fund contained within. Conference also notes that there are timescales for claimants but none for payments. Consequently, Conference instructs the Executive Council to define workable timescales for initial payments, final payments to be made subject to the correct paperwork being supplied and verified, these timescales to be enacted from the time they are agreed by the Executive Council and then incorporated by change of rule at the next available opportunity.
