Regional Management Boards - Engagement

Given that the Executive Council are encouraging more involvement with Regional Management Boards, this Conference demands that the Executive Council issue guidelines as soon as possible on this engagement, in particular to negotiation and consultation on issues affecting Control Room members. The timescale is of the utmost importance and urgency, bearing in mind that Regional Control Centre issues including job descriptions, role maps and preferred shift patterns from the Department of Communities and Local Government are now being put to stakeholders for discussion and consultation.
