Practical Assessment

This Conference demands that the Executive Council, at the earliest available opportunity, campaigns for and seeks through consultation and negotiation with the appropriate bodies/organisations, the introduction of a form of practical promotion assessment, in relation to all roles other than firefighter and those roles designated as 'Control specific' within the United Kingdom fire service.
