Ill-Health Pensions In Scotland

This conference welcomes the new guidance governing ill-health retirement pensions, issued by the Scottish Government on 1st May 2008, for Firefighters in Scotland, which repeals the DCLG 2006 guidance. Conference urges the Executive Council to use this success as a platform for resolving the matter in the rest of the UK.
