Discipline Procedures

This Conference is extremely concerned at the increasing use of formal disciplinary proceedings against FBU members, since the introduction of new discipline regulations based on the ACAS codes of practice. This Conference calls upon the Executive Council to carry out a survey of brigades to ascertain the scale of the increase in discipline cases with a view to raising this issue at the NJC.
