Pension Abatement

Conference demands that the Executive Council makes every effort to have any rule within: ● The Firefighters Pension Scheme ● The New Firefighters Pension Scheme ● The Local Government Pension Scheme which allows abatement of our members pension payments, removed or amended to stop this practice. Conference instructs the Executive Council that if this cannot be done by negotiation then legal action should be considered.
