B&Emm Consultation

In line with the modernisation agenda in relation to Integrated Risk Management and Integrated Personal Development, it has been deemed a necessity that Fire Services perform impact assessment before they implement any changes to current Conditions of Service, including Brigade Policies and Procedures. With this in mind, this Conference demands that the Fire Brigades Union ensure that Black and Ethnic Minorities are not overlooked during the consultation in the aforementioned areas. To assist this process, this Conference calls on the Fire Brigades Union to facilitate Brigades in bringing together Black and Ethnic Minorities to ensure their views are considered and taken on board.
