Single Equality Bill

This Conference notes that the Government has been forced into enacting Equality Legislation because of European Directives These Directives gave the Government the opportunity to introduce a fundamental change to Equality Law and introduce Equality for all Whilst we welcome the changes, we feel that these regulations do not go far enough. This Conference supports the ideal of a Single Equality Bill to give the same protection under the law to all. This Conference calls on the Executive Council to support the campaigns which will bring about a Single Equality Bill
