New membership application form

Dear Brother/Sister,

Attached to this circular is a sample copy of the new membership application form.   This is brought to the attention of members for information and to Branch Officials for action in the event of a current non-member seeking to join the union.  There are a number of changes to the form which are self-explanatory.

The form will shortly be uploaded to the website and will be available there.  Forms will be available in the meantime from Regional Offices and via Head Office.  Any stocks of the previous form should be destroyed.

There are of course other FBU forms for use by members. In the wake of the re-constituted rule book, these forms are being reformatted.  Until such time as that process has been completed, the current forms should be used.  Members will be notified once the new forms are ready for use, and we expect this to be completed very shortly.
