Last year, the Fire Brigades Union teamed up with Elliot Brown Watches to create an exclusive timepiece for firefighters. So successful was the project - raising more then £11,000 for firefighters' charities - that we are repeating it again this year. For every watch sold, £35 will go to the FBU good causes fund.

This time there are two models available - the 44mm Canford Supercompressor and a 38mm Kimmeridge edition for people with smaller wrists. The watches are only available to UK firefighters, support staff and their families, serving or retired.

Elliot Brown are a British watch brand producing ‘tool’ watches that are relied upon by Mountain Rescue, round the world sailors, explorers, athletes and the UK military - they go to extraordinary lengths to make sure their watches perform in the harshest conditions - including pressure testing every one in water at 200m.

Each watch has a beautifully machined case back with a crossed axes cap badge design and space left for your personalised engraving which is included in the price.  The dial features extra bold  Superluminova hour batons as a subtle nod to the rounds on a ladder and the tip of each seconds hand is red, blue, green or white for you to personalise your watch to match your shift pattern. It’s one of those ‘if you know, you know’ kind of details.

How are watch sales going to help firefighters?

From the sale of every watch, Elliot Brown have agreed to donate £35 to the FBU’s good causes linked to the lottery fund. As well as supporting these chosen causes, some of the money raised will hopefully be used to support selected firefighters who wish to embark on ambitious challenges. The deadline for ordering is 30th June 2018, visit Elliot Brown’s website to order your watch today:
