Trade Dispute : Inadequate Provision of Front Line Crewing and Staffing in Control Rooms, The Casual Out-Duties Guidance, The Allocation Of Overtime, A Bullying Management Culture, Unsafe Working Practices and the 2019 IRMP.

I write to advise you that that the ballot of members has now concluded and the result is as follows:

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:      457


Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                                             327


Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                                   307


Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                                      20


Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:                 0


The number of votes cast in the ballot is at least 50% of the number of individuals who
were entitled to vote in the ballot.

The number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question is at least 40% of the number of
individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot.

The Union is now considering the position and I will be in touch with you very shortly with further information.
