ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2009

Please find enclosed, copies of the Preliminary Agenda for the 2009 Annual Conference, together with the Proposed Alteration to the Rules of the Union moved by the Executive Council.

Branches should note that Brigade Committees are entitled to submit amendments to Resolutions on the Preliminary Agenda and amendments to the Executive Council’s Proposed Alteration to Rules.

The closing date for receipt of such amendments at Head Office is 2.00pm Monday 2 nd March 2009. Amendment forms will be sent to Brigade Secretaries separately.
