FBU UNION LEARNING REPRESENTATIVES NATIONAL COURSE – WEDNESDAY 18th JUNE - THURSDAY 19th JUNE 2008
The FBU National ULR course will take place at Stoke Rochford Hall, Nr Grantham Lincolnshire on Wednesday 18th June - Thursday 19th June 2008.
Applications to attend the course are welcomed from FBU ULRs, Education Officers and members who are interested in becoming ULRs and wish to find out more about Union Learning.
Registration will take place on the 18th June at 1200hrs followed immediately by lunch. The course will then commence at 1300hrs and conclude around 1500hrs on the 19th June.
The course will give the opportunity to discuss issues such as:
- Mainstreaming Lifelong Learning
- ULRs and Union learning in the FBU
- Skills for Life
- Workforce Development
Accommodation has been arranged at Stoke Rochford Hall for the night of Wednesday 18th June and all meals will be provided. Reasonable travel costs will be reimbursed in line with the current FBU arrangements. Where public transport is used receipts must be provided.
